If your goal is to gain insight into the global legal system and its influences on national and international policy, the LLM in Human Rights and International Law program may be right for you. The 2-semester program’s curriculum revolves around recent trends in human rights and international law with an emphasis on globalization.
Students will be instructed by top legal experts in the fields of human rights and international law. Coursework includes Israel and International Law, Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism, and Human Rights, The Law of the United Nations, Public Law and Human Rights, The Role of International Law in Resolving Middle East Conflict, and more. Participants can choose from more than 10 additional electives on human rights and transitional justice in addition to their core classes. There is also the option of completing an LL.M thesis.
The LL.M program is comprised of instructors who are expert legal minds in the fields of Human Rights and International Law. Students will be well positioned to begin an illustrious career in government, law, or academia following graduation.
